2002 Iowa Trip

Camp
The hedges had not been trimmed
so far this year, so I decided to
tackle the job

The one around the house wasn't
too bad; I got it down to around 5'

June 14-24, 2002 -
I took an unplanned trip to Iowa when my aunt was admitted to the local hospital with a middle ear problem. After 5 days in the hospital and a week at home, she was ready to go back to work.

The outside hedge, however, was
more than 12' tall in places (that's a
6' tall speed limit sign in the middle
of the picture)

I finally whittled it down to about 8'

The town was celebrating"Cruizin'
Albia 2002" while I was there

The Chevy Racing team set up
some displays

There wasn't a lot of activity on
Saturday
