I joined friends Judy and Kathy at a favorite rustic campground on Lake Superior

Day 4 - I spotted a fishing boat and
a large freighter on the horizon
behind it


Zooming in picked up both


I continued at the same zoom
setting as the fishing boat
passed straight out from
my site

Kathy arrived ...
... and set up her tent on my site
Sunset, Day 4

Day 6 - Carol and Jim relocated to
a waterfront site in our campground.
As you can see, they had a great view
Carol on fiddle, me on keyboard and
Judy with Carol's mountain dulcimer.
Carol gave us each a quick lesson
on playing the dulcimer

Day 7 - Heavy clouds on the horizon
provided a "double" sunset
The sun "sets" behind the clouds
Looks like the end of a normal
sunset


But, we waited to see what would
happen next


The sun emerged from the clouds
and set for real
