The sites were large and wooded.

Judy brought her dog Dandy along
We took a side trip to the Tehquamenon Falls.
We started at the Lower Falls.
Some preferred to see the site from a rowboat.
The reddish color of the water is due to tannin leaching from the trees which line the river.
Judy checked her backpack before we hiked four miles to the Upper Falls.
Dandy and I stopped to rest long enough for Judy to take our picture.
